Concierge

The Concierge is the “face” of the community and quite often the first contact for prospects, guests, and family members. The Concierge is part of the Member Services Department and collaborates with the Member Services Department to deliver outstanding customer service and develop an enriching community program for the members and residents that integrates and meets member and resident interests and needs into their daily routines. The Concierge shall support programming and amenity services through effective communication and scheduling as trained. The Concierge shall support marketing efforts by completing lead sheets from incoming callers and support marketing as deemed necessary. The Concierge shall provide telephone and administrative support, as appropriate, for all departments in the community. The Concierge shall complete assigned responsibilities under the direct supervision of the Director of Member Services.

Life Enrichment Leader – Activities Leader

The Life Enrichment Leader is part of the Member Services Department and collaborates with the Member Services Department to deliver outstanding customer service and develop an enriching community program for the members that integrates and meets member interests and needs into their daily routines. In order to meet the interests and needs of the members, the Life Enrichment Leader shall assist in interviewing healthcare members to learn about their preferences, lifelong interests, favorite things, and daily routines. Under the leadership of the Director of Member Services the Life Enrichment Leader shall assist in the development and integration of social events, outings, programs, and activities, with a multitude of choices, for the members of the campus based on what they learn about members. The social/activities program, Treasure Your Life, shall be multi-faceted and reflect groups’ and individuals’ interests and needs and provide programming that focuses on the six dimensions of wellness: emotional, intellectual, physical, social, spiritual, and vocational. Treasure Your Life shall be a well tailored program that includes, but is not limited to, themed events, educational opportunities, social functions, spiritual opportunities, day trips, cultural outings, lectures, informational meetings, and volunteer opportunities. The Life Enrichment Leader shall collaborate with the Member Services Department to develop and continually update a file of resources available in the surrounding community to utilize and enhance the programming options available to members. The Life Enrichment Leader shall also assist in the recruitment and placement of volunteers to assist in the delivery of programming campus wide.

Maintenance Tech I

Maintenance Tech I assists all maintenance personnel in the short term, preventative and emergency maintenance programs for the buildings, grounds and equipment at the campus. Responsibilities will include the completion of all assigned work orders and maintenance projects under the supervision of the Director of Facility Services.

Registered Nurse

The RN assists the care plan team in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of resident assessments and care plans. This position charts for assigned units, assigns residents to nursing attendants as needed, and assists in the medication management, dietary restrictions and overall healthcare programs for the residents on an assigned unit under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services or Charge Nurse.
