Executive Chef/Director of Dining Services

Director of Dining Services supervises all aspects of the dietary programs within the campus. Operates the kitchen and sets the dietary menus in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the governing body in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Operates the Dining Rooms for all levels of care ensuring the delivery of a fine dining experience. This position is responsible for the recruitment, employment, performance, evaluation, promotion and discharge of all dietary staff as well as the monitoring of the dietary budgets and cost constraints, under the supervision of the Executive Director.

Floor Technician

PT Wellness Associate

The Wellness Associate assists in the implementation of wellness programming and delivery of wellness classes according to the specific needs/ programs of the campus. The Wellness Associate shall instruct classes, promote safety and health education, and support design and implementation of an all inclusive wellness program that addresses the components of physical fitness and health related to the geriatric community. The Wellness Associate shall operate the wellness program in accordance with company policies and procedures and compliance with federal, state and local regulations under the direction of the Wellness Director.

Operates AL/MC components in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the governing body in compliance with federal, state and local regulations, while coordinating nursing service with community agencies, physicians, families, residents, consultants, ancillary service providers, and other departments within the campus and under the direction of the Director of HealthCare Administration.
